UCVO

The Gardening Scheme was established in 1985 with the main aim of supporting the elderly and disabled who live alone to enjoy their garden again without the worry of maintenance.

Supported and funded by the Hebridean Housing Department and Scottish Community Foundation we have the objective to continue an efficient service.

The service cuts start at the beginning of May and continue until the end of September. During this period we aim to achieve three cuts per garden (weather permitting). For an application form call Flora at the UCVO office on 01870 602 117.
